Meditation Classes at Sonoma Ashram encourage and inspire people living a busy life to bring in a solid and healthy meditation practice in their daily life. The meditation techniques taught by experienced meditation teachers are based on simple breathing techniques, or by using a mantra. Those seeking to go deeper in their meditation practice are initiated with a personal mantra by the Guru.
