Learn the Ashram’s 9 points of Daily Routine in two 2-hour workshops with Ashram Yoga teachers. This is an ancient yogic daily hygiene routine saves one from dullness of senses that drag one towards old patterns of irritation, depression and lack of self-respect.
Part 1 – October 16: Guidance, demonstration, and practice of rituals upon waking, breath flow, and cleansing.
Part 2 – October 30: includes guidance, demonstration, and practice of simple morning yoga, breathing and meditation.
