Please join us at the Ashram for a simple observance of Diwali, the Festive of Lights on Monday 10/24 from 5-8PM.
Arrive early to help us decorate our Ashram Home! Then stay for Arati at 6PM followed by light refreshments.
On Diwali homes are decorated with lamps and lights to celebrate the new year ahead. Historically, this is the day when Rama returned home after being in exile for 14 years and was greeted by a city decorated with lamps. Symbolically, the ideal human being dwelling within us returns home during Diwali.
