WHO: Meditation immersion retreats are open to all. No prior yoga/meditation experience needed.
WHERE: Upasana Hilltop Sanctuary – 31800 Bruhel Point Road, Fort Bragg, CA
COST: Upasana Hilltop Sanctuary is maintained by donations. The suggested donation amount for a private room is $500/weekend (includes accommodations, daily meals & programming). If sharing a room with a friend or partner, the suggested amount is $400/weekend for the room. Please note that most bathrooms are shared. Partial scholarships are available – please contact [email protected] for consideration.
SCHEDULE: Please try to arrive by 3pm on Friday to allow time to settle in. Orientation starts promptly at 5pm. We will end mid-day on Sunday. If your schedule allows, we encourage you to spend an extra day with us before or after the retreat. Additional nights can be added for a discounted rate of $125/person or $200/couple (shared room).
