Triratri

Labor Day Weekend – Sept. 3 – 7, 2026

Triratri is a condensed version of the traditional nine-night celebration of Navaratri. Over three evenings, we will gather to honor the Divine Mother, channeling the profound energy and essence of Navaratri into a focused, powerful three-day practice of devotion, chanting, mantra and reflection.

Our observance starts on Thursday evening and ends Monday mid-day. If your schedule permits, consider arriving a day before and/or staying through end of the day on Monday.

Suggested donation amount: $501 per person for a private room or $751 for a shared room for the weekend. $125 for additional nights.

During Triratri, participants are encouraged to:

  • Observe silence
  • Eat a simple diet
  • Minimize the intake of the world through disengaging from mobile devices.
  • Practice meditation for 2-3 sittings of 30 – 60 minutes per day.
  • Babaji’s initiates should make a sankalp (intention) to perform a certain number of mala jap each day.
  • Participants who have not received a mantra will be instructed in a simple universal mantra to use for meditation.

Each night is dedicated to a different aspect of the Divine Feminine to remove the darkness from our minds, to acknowledge the True Wealth residing within us, and to connect us with Wisdom.  Each day includes chanting of traditional hymns honoring the Divine Mother and the Guru. Triratri concludes with a sacred fire ceremony that reconfirms our intentions for this focused time.

Triratri is a beautiful way to start a mediation practice or renew and strengthen your commitment to your practice.
