We are excited to offer a series of workshops each Sunday following satsang

NOV 30 — Intro to Ayurveda: Agni and Ama – Thanksgiving Reset – Kate

DEC 7 — Mala Making Workshop for the Holidays – Koushalya
Craft your own sacred mala using natural materials foraged from the ashram garden or bring materials from home. Learn the spiritual significance of malas in Vedic tradition, how they support meditation, focus the mind, and cultivate intention. Leave with a personal, handcrafted mala ready to display or as a meaningful holiday gift.

DEC 14 — Ayurvedic Holiday Healthy Treats Workshop – Kate
Learn to make cardamom and date ladoos, a simple, warming, and digestive-friendly winter sweet. Using Ayurvedic ingredients chosen for their nourishing and balancing qualities, this workshop offers a mindful way to enjoy the holidays while supporting your body and digestion during the colder months.

JAN 4 — Deep Winter Garden Walk and Garden-to-Table Winter Apothecary – Sarah and Kate
Take a contemplative walk through the winter garden and explore seasonal plants and herbs. Participants will work with winter-hardy botanicals to create a seasonal herbal preparation to support wellbeing and vitality during the colder months.

JAN 11 — Winter Flower Arranging Workshop – Gerry
Create a seasonal arrangement using what is available in the winter garden. This workshop emphasizes texture, evergreen foliage, berries, and hardy stems, focusing on beauty and ritual over blooms to capture the quiet light and stillness of mid-January. Bring your own vase and garden materials; the Ashram will provide additional winter foliage and seasonal accents to complete your arrangement.
