Babaji guides us towards settling into stillness—aligning the spine, relaxing the face, and inviting peace into your breath. Like sand settling in water, we allow our thoughts to quiet, embracing the natural rhythm of breathing in and out.
Through visualization, we open the lotus of the heart, letting golden light fill our being. With each breath, we deepen our awareness, stilling the mind at the center of the forehead, finding clarity, and surrendering to the flow of life.
The river of existence is ever-changing; just as water moves forward, so must we. In moments of difficulty, we pause, take a breath, and return to ourselves. Through the simple yet profound practice of breath awareness, we reconnect with Prana—the life force that bridges the known and the unknown.
This is not about seeking something outside ourselves, but about recognizing the treasure that has always been within. No props, no distractions—just you, your breath, and the present moment. Take this time to honor the life within you.
