Sonoma Ashram offers a peaceful and tranquil location to complete court-mandated community service hours. We are pleased to welcome community service volunteers throughout all seasons to assist with garden, groundwork, indoor and outdoor cleaning and other projects throughout our campus.

Terms and Conditions

• All work must be scheduled in advance with the managing volunteer supervisor (Stuart)

• Community Service Volunteer must present a valid time sheet.

• Maximum working days/hours per week:
  8 hours/day
  4 days/week

• Weather conditions, supervisor conflicts, Ashram observances, and other events can limit our ability to provide supervision for volunteers.  We will do our best to alert the Community Service Volunteer in advance, if possible.

• No alcohol, drugs or smoking of any kind is permitted on the grounds.

• Cell phone usage should be limited, ideally for emergencies only.
