Seva is selfless service, actions of given for which we expect nothing in return. When we are aware of all the blessing in our lives, we are filled with a sense of gratitude. The overflow of this fullness manifest as seva in the world. Whenever we put ourselves aside for the happiness of another without expecting anything in return, we are engaging in seva.
