The Rishis of ancient India have handed down a tradition of sandhya taking some time out of each day to connect with the Divine. Sandhya is observed at two times during the day – first when the night is merging into the day (dawn), and then when the day is merging into the night (dusk).
At the Ashram, we observe this sacred time with Puja and Arati every day. You are welcome to join us! Please click here for the current schedule.
